Inflicting physical and mental pain on other workers or worsening the working environment beyond the proper scope of work by an employer or worker who is abusing their position or relationship on the job.

Workplace Harassment Prevention & Response Procedure

LOTTE Duty Free prevents workplace harassment by stipulating prohibition and specific measures to workplace harassment in the employment regulations.
