ISO 14001 (environmental management systems) of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is an authoritative international standard that serves as a foundation of a company's ESG management activities. The certification is used to identify negative factors affecting the environment throughout the course of business activities and stipulate requirements for systematic management. Lotte Duty Free obtained ISO 14001 certification in November 2021 from the British Standards Institution (BSI) after undergoing a strict screening process.
