01Informants' privacy and reported matters are strictly protected and whistleblowers will not be subject to any unfair disadvantage.

• LOTTE Duty Free's reporting channel is protected by a safe security system that processes informants' privacy and the reported matters as strictly confidential.
• The department in charge of processing reports is organized by a limited number of personnel having pledged to strictly abide by the confidentiality of reports.

02Those who cooperate in the process of investigating the reported matter will be protected under the same standard as the informant.

03If you voluntarily report violations of the Code of Conduct or unethical behavior, sanctions may be reduced through sufficient extenuating circumstances.

• Behaviors unacceptable under social norms (e.g. employee corruption, misconduct, acceptance of money, valuables and entertainment)
• Details of all disadvantages due to unethical behavior in transactions with the company
• Sexual harassment, unethical behavior and assault in the workplace
• Systemic improvements for eradication of inefficient factors and for ethical management activities
• Other matters that violate LOTTE Duty Free’s Detailed Guidelines on Ethical Behavior
