Concert Precautions

TICKETS & ENTRY

[Tickets]
  • - Promotional event winners who do not hold tickets can claim their wristbands after presenting proof of winning via text message or email and a photo ID (photocopy not accepted).
  • - You must exchange your ticket with a wristband that designates your seat either in a standing or seating area to enter the venue on the day of the event. (One person can exchange a maximum of two tickets.)
  • - The ticket office opens starting at 1 PM on the first day of the event, but the hours may be subject to change depending on the circumstances.
  • - Wristband exchange will be held on a first-come, first-served basis. The areas and seats will be assigned on the same basis. You cannot hold a seat for others or change your seat.
  • - We do not replace lost tickets. Make sure to keep them safe to prevent any loss or damage.
  • - The tickets for the event are not for sale. We hold no responsibility for tickets purchased via other channels.
  • - The event will have some areas designated for non-Korean visitors.
[Entry]
  • - You may enter the venue two hours prior to the event, but the hours may be subject to change depending on the circumstances. (Day 1: opens at 5:30 PM / Day 2 & 3: opens at 4:00 PM)
  • - Standing ticket holders should wait in the queue area and enter the venue in order by given queue numbers.
    (The queue numbers only apply when entering the venue and are not valid inside the venue.)
    Once standing queue starts entering, you can enter after the queue is finished entering.
  • - You may not enter the venue one hour after the event starts to keep the event comfortable and enjoyable.
  • - Re-entry is permitted only at the designated gates. (You must wear the wristbands when re-entering.)
  • - We might assign standing ticket holders to other seats when the standing area is full for safety reasons.

[Seat Chart]

[Children]
  • - Children under 3 are not allowed to enter the event for safety reasons.
  • - Children aged 3 to 7 should accompany a parent for the sitting seats, and 3 to 15 should for the standing area. Both children and their parents should hold the tickets.
  • - You can get child safety wristbands at the Info Desk.

GUIDELINES

[Guidelines]
  • - We recommend wearing a mask when the venue is crowded, although the mask mandate is lifted in South Korea. This may be subject to change by South Korea’s COVID-19 protocols.
  • - R admissions are designated as standing on Day 1, standing and assigned seating on Day 2, assigned seating on Day 3. S & A admissions are designated as assigned seating during the entire festival period.
  • - Please properly dispose of waste and recycle.
  • - Any attempt or behavior considered to be harmful or hazardous to others may result in ejection.
    The revoked or ejected tickets are not refundable or cancellable.
  • - We ask you to take extra care for your health and safety during the event. In the event of an unexpected accident or a health problem, please get prompt assistance from the nearby safety and event staff, or the Info Desk. Any agencies related to the event, including the host, management, venue personnel, and artists, do not hold responsibility over accidents caused by the audience's personal health issues.
  • - Any action that violates artist and event copyright and interrupts the event including recording video and audio, photographing using professional equipment such as the camcorder or camera with detachable lens, and live streaming are prohibited.
  • - The artists and the audience may be recorded and photographed during the event for commercial use.
  • - Smoking inside and outside the venue is banned due to the no smoking policy of Olympic Park. This also includes e-cigarettes and vaporizers. Please smoke at designated smoking areas at the park.
  • - Audience using wheelchairs may be assigned to the seats designated for wheelchairs. Please follow the guidance from our event staff member to enter the venue and enjoy the event.
[Prohibited Items]
  • - There will be a bag inspection to prevent accidents and to create a safe and comfortable experience for the event.
  • - You cannot bring any food inside the venue including bottles, cans, and delivery food (incl. takeouts).
  • - Any food and drink except 1 PET bottle under 500 ml by one person is banned from the venue.
  • - Any dangerous item such as fireworks, explosives and drugs and other items that can be a threat to other people are prohibited.
  • - Animals are not permitted to enter the venue.
[Storage]
  • - Storage will be open on Days 1 and 2. Please store large-sized luggage and prohibited items at the storage area. (Fee: KRW 3,000)
  • - Please minimize your personal possessions for a comfortable experience at the event. Storage space may be fully occupied early.
  • - Possessions that require sensitive care are not permitted for storage.
[Emergencies]
  • - Event security and event staff are ready and available all over the venue. Consult a nearby staff member in the event of an emergency to get assistance.
  • - We do not offer any compensation for the self-inflicted injuries or damages. Please take care of your safety and health during the event.
  • - Please check a nearby emergency exit at the venue prior to the event. Follow the instructions from the safety and security personnel and evacuate as quickly as possible in the event of an evacuation.
[Ticket Promotional Event]
  • - You should return your ticket when your expense does not reach the set price due to cancellation or refund. The serial number of a returned ticket will be checked and rendered as an invalid ticket. You cannot use the invalid ticket in any circumstances including on the event day. (When you lose your ticket, you have to pay the price corresponding to that of the ticket.)
  • - The tickets (wristbands) are gifts for a promotional event and not for sale. We strictly ban tickets (wristbands) resale. Please note that anyone with tickets (wristbands) not distributed by Lotte Duty Free Shop may not enter the venue.

We recommend using public transportation since traffic congestion is expected around the venue and at the parking lots on the day of the event.
Any late arrivals due to traffic may not be allowed to enter the venue and result in missing the event.
